ABOUT HR KEY SOLUTIONS

Mary Beth Bernard created HR Key Solutions in 2016 to offer her consulting expertise to municipalities and small businesses in need of HR services, solutions, and training. Fully established in 2018, HR Key Solutions serves a growing number of cities, towns, school districts, regional dispatch districts, and small businesses.

 

Services offered include: HR Audit; Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Training and Investigation; Conflict Resolution; Policy review and Employee Handbooks; Job Description Review; Classification and Compensation.

ABOUT MARY BETH BERNARD

Mary Beth is a Human Resources and Management Consultant with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of human resources including labor relations, personnel administration, strategic planning, risk management, training and development, affirmative action, policy review/design, contract negotiations, and employee relations.

Presently, Mary Beth is Principal of HR Key Solutions, Inc., part-time Director
of Human Resources for the Town of Wrentham, MA, and part-time faculty,
Certificate Program in Municipal Finance, at Suffolk University. She was
perviously the Assistant Town Manager / Human Resources Director for the
Town of Foxborough, MA (2014-2019) and the Human ResourcesDirector for
the Town of Westwood, MA (2003-2014).

Mary Beth has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR) 
since 2008; a certified Society of Human Resources Management
Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) since 2015 and a Certified Trainer,
Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). 

 

Mary Beth is the 2020 recipient of the Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources Association’s 35th Emil S. Skop Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions made in the field of municipal human resources management.

Additionally, Mary Beth served as Chairman of Massachusetts Municipal Personnel Association (2015-present) and was a Presidential Member, Massachusetts Municipal Policy Committee on Labor Relations (2015-2019).
